HOUSE TYPES
Goldrealm Properties Ltd has a policy of continuous improvement and reserves the right to change the specification of the house types without notice. It does not constitute or form any part of the contract.

SITE PLANS
The development layout plan has been produced prior to construction. Accordingly there may be modifications to the site layout and some house types in certain plots may vary. Prior to making a purchasing decision, please consult with the selling agent for the latest information. Car parking layouts, gardens and landscaping may be subject to variation on completion of the project.

PLANS
Areas are measured from architect’s drawings and not surveyed on site. Unless otherwise stated, all measurements are to maximum dimensions. Room layouts, including kitchens and bathrooms and plans are indicative and may be subject to alterations. They do not form part of any contract. Individual features, specifications and elevational treatments may vary at the discretion of Goldrealm Properties Ltd.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Rettie & Co, their clients and any joint agents give notice that:
1. They are not authorised to make or give any representations or warranties in relation to the property either in writing or by word of mouth. Any information given is entirely without responsibility on the part of the agents or the sellers. These particulars do not form part of any offer or contract and must not be relied upon as statements or representations of fact.
2. Any areas, measurements or distances are approximate. The text, photographs and plans are for guidance only and are not necessarily comprehensive and it should not be assumed that the property remains as photographed. Measurements provided have not been surveyed on site. The measurements have been taken from architect’s plans, and as such may be subject to variation during the course of construction. Not all the units described have been completed at the time of going to print, please consult with the selling agents before making a purchasing decision.
